Saturday, August 28, 2021 - Last glass, after three days under cork.

Nose: quite oxidized with cherries, blackberries and daisies.

Mouth: This is just awesome. Even if this is 100% Tempranillo, this behaves like a beautifully mature BDX from a warmer vintage. The elevated oxidization (compared to three days ago) clips the wine from a higher score.

This is ****ing amazing!
