Sunday, December 12, 2021 - Decanted through a coffee filter for 2 hours with no sediment to speak of. More European in style. Vibrant acidity, prominent toasted oak, and firm tannin balanced with moderate fruit. Drinking well but likely stronger in 3-5 years, with plenty of life left for a decade or two.
