Friday, February 9, 2024 - Very deep ruby-garnet. Highly floral bouquet of violets and underlying red and floral fruits. Intense, punch-in-the-mouth sweet black plum skin and blackberries followed by an abrupt ascent into a tannic black-fruit finish. A bit overly extracted in recent California style but very nice regardless.
