Wednesday, November 21, 2018 - This was just a huge joy. Very feminine and light compared to the big brawny Pauillacs enjoyed earlier that night. Notes of black fruit, cassis, blueberry, hints of lavender, eucalyptus, pencil shaving, dark chocolate and flint. Velvety, silky, airy and polished, perfect amount of acidity and mineral, very fine tannin.
Still a decade worthy before starting to reach window (and should stay for another 3-4 decade in that window).
