Friday, January 29, 2021 - The nose was initially closed upon opening but was fragrant about 1-2 hours in. It had red and black fruits, mineral, and an herby brambly finish. The tannins have not yet integrated and I suspect will soften with another 5-10 years. After several hours the nose opened up with perfumed black fruit and graphite. Quite a lovely wine.
