Friday, February 24, 2023 - Big, bold and edgy. Not sure how to describe the fruit. Certainly plenty of blackberry but full of very dark fruit, clove, white pepper and maybe a bit of cinnamon. Big, grippy tannins and ultra full bodied, even after being open for four or five hours. This will improve over the next ten years.
