Friday, December 22, 2023 - More on citric, floral, and mineral side than the yeasty qualities that I favor. Yet, incontestably well crafted and worthy of appreciation. I only wish that I had the perfection of plate of oysters to accompany it! Now I know, and I will make appropriate provisions!
