93 Points

Thursday, October 17, 2019 - MEA Celebration at St. Genevieve (St. Genevieve): Double decanted prior to dinner. Deep golden color. Stern nose with fruit, herbs and mineral. Opened up with time in the glass, but never became as expressive as other wines in the flight. Ripe and palate coating in the mouth. Larger scaled and showing some oak, balanced by just enough acidity. Great, lingering finish. Showing very well now, but likely the wine in this flight most in need of additional time in the cellar.
