Monday, January 21, 2019 - Still hard to believe that this is a chardonnay. Consumed over two days, very reminiscent of New Zealand style Sauv Blanc. I was hoping for a softer and muted wine on day two with a 24 hour slow ox, but it was still: lean, crisp, and a ton of grapefruit.
This is definitely a food wine. It is good and well made just an odd ball.
