Saline, fruity, slightly spicy, rich yet vibrant, and very long, it hit pretty much every note I could want. There’s plenty of freshness and depth for several more years of age, so my other bottle may sit a while just to see what happens with significant time. Glad to have a small stash of Stony Hill.
