Friday, March 28, 2014 - Very much Aussie that is approaching drinking time. Dark ruby red. All the dark bright berry fruits make a showing on the nose with nice mineral note and charcoal. The palate is surprisingly balanced with intense fruit flavour balanced with great acidity and ripe fine tannins. Long and balanced finish. There is nothing subtle about this wine yet, but that was not expected. Overall, drinkable now but many many years ahead. On the right track.
