Monday, June 26, 2017 - Winos' excellent adventure in France; 6/22/2017-6/27/2017 (All over France): The Romanee Conti seems to show more red fruit, essence raspberry, cherry compote, lavender, sweet spices, liquid smoke, a hint of stem, Vosne spice and limestone. The sensual and pure palate is similar to the La Tache. This too is very sensual and quite enjoyable. Very similar to the La Tache but with a bit more red fruit. Excellent showing and the greatness is already evident.
