Saturday, September 9, 2017 - 1st tasting: More oxidation than needed. Notable residual sugar. Rather nice. Resulting in being more distinct than pleasing... 2nd tasting: Obviously 1st bottle of wine had a problem. In the 2nd: Distinct and enjoyable taste of Assyrtiko from the best winemaker of Greece: Mr Paris Sigalas.
