Thursday, March 2, 2023 - The one with Sexy Tapas (Kolabo): Bursting from the get go with white flowers like jasmine and lilies, white peaches and lemon oil. On the palate it showed a bit more development with pineapple, honeysuckle, barley, chestnuts and walnut skin. Lovely density and weight amidst good minerality. Thought this was a touch older but of great quality and I suppose pedigree of producer showed well tonight.
