I can see why others have commented on the lower acidity of this wine, and it's true that it doesn't have a bracing acidic spine. But there is a subtle and well integrated lift that keeps this feeling fresh. And the wine has excellent mid-palate focus on the finish, with flavors of peach skin and citrus pith, along with a hint of bitterness, stretching out with impressive length.
