Sunday, October 7, 2018 - Aiolos Tasting (Intercontinental Hotel): The wine shows a beautiful and very welcoming profile of ripe red and black fruit, garrique, gamey and tobacco notes, with a few brett bits here and there (iodine).
The wine shows its character in the palate with ripe red fruit, more gamey notes, more brett-y, elegant smooth tannins, medium body and medium to long finish.
