Friday, April 3, 2020 - Has a vivid colour which would not be out of place in Tskiji fish market. The palate is substantial and grippy, showing strawberry, peach stone and some gingery spice. It has an engaging skin-contact presence which makes for a fascinating, chewy texture. Creamy finish. Beautiful.
