Saturday, February 3, 2018 - 2013 Barolo: Sublime Finesse & Elegance Tasting, La Festa del Barolo (Del Posto Restaurant, NYC): The only 2012 in this tasting. Roagna bottles a year later than almost everyone else. Ripe black fruit nose. Big but with plenty finesse. Stunningly expansive. In the running for wine of the vintage. Luca is definitely raising the bar here, and it was already pretty high. 95-97
