Sunday, December 17, 2023 - Superb refined Vouvray with a very complex nose of linden-flower, hay, white peaches, a hint of honey. Refreshing taste supported by the merest hint of sugar (sweet ripe apples) balancing the fierce chenin acidity. Long finish, with a bit of bitterness typical of chenin. Excellent match for high-quality foie gras.
