Thursday, February 8, 2018 - Juicy wild red berry fruit that's fresh and tangy...crushed raspberries, cherries, cranberry fruit...perfectly ripe, yet with a nice med bodied, see through transparency. Pretty flower florals, dried potpourri, spice cake, red licorice...there is a candied sweetness that balances well with the tart and tangy fruit, but not too sweet, as the crushed granite, rose bed earth tones, and fine tannins help keep in check. Refreshing and easy drinking, yet plenty to contemplate. A chill it and kill it wine!
