Saturday, March 19, 2022 - Sichuan and Rieslings (Taste of Sichuan, Beaverton OR): The nose is fresh and spring-like with Peaches, pears, green apples, mint, ginger, flowers, and nectarines. The Light bodied feel has a playful quality to it with tart, high acidity. This is drinking very well on the young side and still has plenty of life ahead.
