Wednesday, August 29, 2018 - This is another great example from Blair Fox. The wine opens up quickly so no need to let breathe for too long. I agree with the wine maker's description and flavor profile. We had it on the second day as well and stood up almost as well as the first day. Don't hesitate to drink this one now.
