Friday, August 10, 2018 - Charming white from the Piemonte. Lovely floral, apple and grassy aromas, Tart Apple, stoney minerality and acidity dominate the palate, Finish is clean and fresh. Paired perfectly with trout Meunière. Lovely wine.
