Friday, June 18, 2021 - Rather strong yellow but there was no wood used, smells and tastes more ripe wth an intens bouquet, light citrus, peach, and exotic fruits on the nose, on the palate floral, peach and white flowers, some minerality, restrained acidity, rather creamy, a bit too ripe and sweeter than other Sancerres which I ususally drink,
