Saturday, March 3, 2018 - La Paulée de San Francisco - Grand Tasting (The Fairmont - San Francisco CA): Tasting, brief note. Red and black cherry with some roasted meat. Good+ structure and balance, also slightly lighter styled. Slightly simpler than I'd expect from Grand Cru in this vintage, but wonderfully elegant.
