Thursday, August 25, 2022 - Gold-green. Long. A very restrained almost barely ripe pineapple tropical note. Butter from the malo and a spiciness / vanilla from new oak. Great acid with a light underpinning citrus edge - lemon and almost limeiness. Very balanced and elegant. Medium bodied. Really lovely.
