Tuesday, November 1, 2016 - Soft an slightly smoky initially, develops vanilla and butter with time. Opens up beautifully - toffee, werther's original caramels, buttery caramels. Medium + acidity, a bit of white fruits and a pinch of pineapple as well. Finish is long with prominent acidity, sweet tartness and caramelised onions. Outstanding.
