Monday, March 25, 2024 - Very well made mercury. Nose cherry and brambles. Rustic. Cigar. Cocoa. Palate has impeccable acidity even in a hot vintage. Mineral and a few tannins there along with a sauvage that you only find in this region of burgundy.
