Tuesday, August 1, 2023 - Absolutely outstanding for the price and level. This is yet another bottle that reminds me why I love Carillon (there is only one, really) so much. Yes, it's opulent and rich and fruity thanks to the vintage, but there is just this impeccable balance with just the right amount of everything. In addition that slight bit of waxiness speaks true to Chassagne.
