Wednesday, November 13, 2019 - In a blind tasting of 8 CDP 2016 wines, this was my second favorite. Deep cherry color with notes of dark berried spices and ham in a mostly reserved nose. Concentrated and silky in the mouth, it’s obvious that there is more to come from this gem. Give it a year and enjoy over the following decade. A great purchase considering it’s $55 CAD price tag.
