Friday, April 2, 2021 - Profile has soften and there are some nice mature secondary flavors but with just a hint of bitterness distracting from an otherwise nice experience. Nose is excellent. Held up over the course of 3 nights and was probably drinking best night 3. Would be interested to see if this will continue to develop. I'm not sure...
