Sunday, June 20, 2021 - 15.8% abv. Dark ruby, very aromatic. Cassis, white pepper, mint, and boysenberry. Exceptional depth, length, mouthfeel, and concentration. Appears to still be on the ascent will probably peak in 3-5 years. A very fine Saxum.
