Tuesday, July 23, 2019 - The nose was intense, showing smoky black fruits, crushed black stone, sweet violet florals, exotic spices, and lifting minerality. On the palate, I found velvety textures, balanced by brisk acids, giving way to a mix of blue and black fruits, subtle spices, inner smokiness, minerals and round tannins. The finish was long, showing lingering smooth tannins, spicy minerals, violets, and echoes of blue and black fruits.
