Tuesday, November 14, 2023 - Dark, smooth, blueberry cobbler, so deep and luscious. Held up well with Pivot. Huge nose, complex, drinking well but still young. Acid does balance the fruit. Hints of vanilla, ripe cherries, and a super long finish. The nose really blows you away.
