Tuesday, August 4, 2020 - W some salmon dish at 45G. First CoVid dinner w Helen at the appt in 6 months. This is a terrific bottle, very balanced interesting and elegant, indeed very burgundy like. Great long finish. This will live except maybe for the alcohol. Very good.
