Saturday, May 14, 2022 - Double decanted 1 hour before dinner and drunk over the next 4 hours. Fully developed. Garnet colour, dusty earthy nose. Well balanced, yet very dry on the front. Fine grained tannins and soft yet ripe fruit that follows thru to a long finish. Its not an easily recognised Aussie wine, and certainly doesnt scream Penfold's at this stage. very nice wine. Drink it up as the future is limited.
