Friday, December 15, 2017 - An aromatic wine with potpourri dried flowers, and some cherry notes. The in mouth feel is quite tannic. The wine is very unbalanced as it likely needs to be decanted for many more hours than this tasting afforded. I think it is going to improve as it has the muscle.
