Saturday, March 24, 2018 - WineBox 10y - Master class – ‘Alsace: Fruit & Terroir – Side by Side’- Jean-Frederic Hugel: 2/3 of the crop coming from limestone bringing elegance, 1/3 from clay for power
Clean fresh nose on the fruity side. Body – full, intense, oily, powerful but well balanced, finishes very long. Balance is impeccable, the alcohol 15% alc – global warming is felt in Alsace as well.
