Tuesday, August 19, 2008 - This was my first taste of the '04 KL since it was released. This wine is more aggressive than I first remember it. It is definitely the most ripe and aggressive KL that I have tasted to date. Big fruit, good mid structure. Lacking a bit of structure on the finish, but I think this wine just needs a bit more time to settle down and integrate. Overall enjoyable right now, but I think it will improve. Tasted out of a 375.
