Monday, March 9, 2020 - A beautifully aged Cabernet. Minimal bricking at the edges. No decanting needed as it had a beautiful nose upon opening. Blackberry, cherry, anise, leather, earth, mocha, herbs and a touch of cedar. Complex flavors with black cherry, blackberry, mocha, leather, herbs, cassis and a touch of cedar. Wonderful balance with good acidity. Long silky smooth finish. In a really good place now, but no concerns about holding for years to come.
