Tuesday, March 28, 2017 - Evaluating after it has been open a few days (although no major change has happened). Honey/toffee/tobacco/citrus aromas; nice combination of freshness and depth. Similar flavors, with good tart acidity and an undercurrent of salinity; only a bare hint of sweetness; quite tasty/moreish/mouthwatering. Excellent value at $30.
