Saturday, January 25, 2014 - nose: ripe pear, dry apricot. very nutty and cedary. maybe even some dried grass

palate: tree fruit acidity hits first, then you notice the plush almost chewy mouthfeel and some white peach and floral notes with a soft fresh-cut woodiness. the finish is very fragrant and slightly bitter and it stays in the back of the throat like a whiff of ladies perfume.

oh so lovely, unfortunately it didnt hold up more than 2 hrs
