Thursday, December 30, 2010 - A beautiful Napa Cab. Black cherry and black currant predominate. Dark brownish purple in the glass. Decanted for 2 hours and served with the prime rib I made for dinner. Some leather and creme de cassis on the back end. Overall a very nice cab in the style that I like.
