Monday, September 24, 2012 - Decanted this bottle for approximately 3 hours prior to tasting with a fabulous meal of bone in filet mignon and porterhouse double cut lamb chops. This wine opened up beautifully with hints of cedar and oak with some mild astringency. Highly enjoyable overall.
