Tuesday, December 25, 2012 - The years have been kind to this wine. Classic cab. Tannins have mellowed. Smooth on the tongue with a long finish. Lots of oak and cassis. I recommend using a micro-screen as there is a lot of sentiment that could negatively impact the taste if it makes it into your glass.
