Thursday, November 8, 2007 - Vegetal, herbal notes blow off with some air, and after 3 hours in the decanter, this wine is hitting its stride. Sweet black currant, spice and a floral note round out the nose - and the wine has a smooth mouthfeel. I'd drink these up in the next 2-3 years, this drinks well with a decant.
