Saturday, July 28, 2007 - A nice, solid LBV. I decanted this, as it is unfiltered. It starts off a little simple and grapey, but after about a half hour it develops some complexity. The alcohol is nicely integrated and it has some nice cocoa flavors but still a bit grapey. My wife was able to detect some pomegranate.

A good not great LBV.
