Friday, December 3, 2021 - Unusually strong nose of cinnamon, mace, summer savory and cola. Sweet black plum and cherry fruit starts the finish, adding blackberry notes, complex spice layers, and leather. Chewy tannins with sour cherry an a cedar box flavor that also manages to express sournesss before chalky oak takes over. Interesting Brunello that we had a hard time pinning down in terms of description.
