Saturday, June 30, 2007 - Very dark purple in color. The nose was a very interesting savory spice with a touch of must. The flavors on the palate were black licorice black berry and a touch of cola. It took a while for this wine to open up so try decanting for at least an hour. This bottle threw a bunch of sediment so decant carefully.
