Tuesday, February 19, 2019 - The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like brettanomyces, sherry, butterscotch and honey. It tastes like diacetyl (butter), honey and biscuity. The body is medium/full. The wine has oily texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has high acidity.
